Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods such as food or flowers
  • Newspapers or magazines
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete a return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

Some situations allow only partial refunds:

  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, software, video games, or vinyl records
  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not caused by us
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a few days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company
  3. Contact your bank

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges of the same item, email us at info@barakahbazar.net.

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the returned item’s value.
  • If the gift was sent to you by the giver, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, mail it to the address provided in your order.

You are responsible for your own shipping costs for returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

For high-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
